Terms, refunds and privacy

Terms

  • What you get. The pack you choose on the site (video ad and/or landing page), as described in the pricing section, made from the product or service photos and the brief you send us.
  • Delivery. 24–48h after we receive your photos and brief and you approve the outline.
  • Revisions. One revision round is included. Extra changes are quoted before we start.
  • Payment. By PayPal or card, before we start. Prices are in USD and fixed.
  • Your content. You confirm that you have the right to use the photos and brand elements you send. Ads are written to follow TikTok and Meta policies and to avoid health or unproven claims. You approve the final ad before it is used.
  • No guarantee of results. We cannot promise sales or ad performance.
  • Use of the work. After full payment, you may use the final ads and page for your brand. We may show them as examples unless you ask us not to.

Refunds

  • If we have not started yet, you get a full refund.
  • Once we have started, the work is custom and payments are not refundable, unless we cannot deliver what was agreed.
  • If something is wrong or missing, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will fix it within the included revision round.
  • To ask for a refund, email [email protected] with your PayPal order number.

Privacy

  • What we collect. Your name, email, store link, brief, the photos you upload, and the messages you write to the Iris assistant.
  • Why. Only to answer you, deliver the work and handle payment.
  • Who processes it. The form is handled by Netlify and emailed to us. Chat messages are processed by Google’s Gemini AI through a secure server. Payments are handled by PayPal: we never see your card number.
  • Cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies. Your language choice is saved in your browser.
  • Your rights. You can ask to see or delete your data at [email protected].
  • The assistant is an AI. Do not share passwords or private information with it.
